Say What?! Part TWO

Well, as expected at this point, we have yet another delay with our adoption. As of Feb. 6th, home studies in NC have to be written in a certain way and ours has to be revised... I am honestly afraid to ask, "WHAT ELSE!!!" Because I am sure there will be something else. Negativity has set in, folks.
