Here she is.....Helen Gonder Britt!!!

Look at those beautiful eyes-my dad says she has his eyes!!

Our referral picture-what a beautiful little lady!! This one makes me smile every day!!!!

It is a miracle-we have a daughter (and a sister!) Meet Helen Gonder Britt-The minute we saw her picture, heard her name and her birthday (April 16th-Will's is April 19th and Wesley's is April 11th-what about that for a sign!!) we knew she was our daughter!! We are so honored to be her parents. Thank you so much for your thoughts and prayers-We travel to Ethiopia on December 6th-please pray again for safe travels and an easy transition for Helen.

If anyone would like for us to take a package or take pictures of your little ones, (or big ones) we would be glad to.

Thank you again. This has been an amazing journey...and it is just getting started!!

    Such wonderful news! She's a doll!! Our friends, the Williams, are traveling Dec. 7th. They are adopting 3 more older children/teens. They're another Gladney family but they don't blog. Say "hello" to them while you're there. So exciting!

    Congrats! She's a beauty. I am so happy for your family. We have court on Dec 4, and I'd love it if you could take over something for our baby girl, as well as take a few pics if you get a chance. Hopefully we will be traveling soon after you, but just in case. Thanks for the offer.

    HELLO fellow NC! I found out today that your parents and my parents live in the same town! I found this out because apparently your mom and my mom share a friend and made the Ethiopia connection - and I also found this out because that is a really small town :-)

    We are on the wait list towards the top (endsofthenile).

    Anyway, I am very excited for you and your coming trip! And I hope our families all get to meet some time in the land of our future little ones grandparents :-)

    So happy for you!!! Wow...it happened fast and what a blessing for you to have her home for Christmas. I'll keep following your blog. We should meet someday since we are close to each other and both big Wolfpack fans! :) I know you may feel overwhelmed right now, but it will all be worth it when you hold her in your arms.
